Reserved in writing
“Available” means open to request. The position is reserved only after William confirms fit and territory, both sides sign the service agreement, and the first required payment clears.
A defined service
The exclusive position covers the agreed profile-management service. Website subscriptions, paid media, consulting, and businesses outside the defined city or industry are separate.
Realistic boundaries
Overlapping service areas, franchises, multi-location businesses, and close industry categories are reviewed individually and written into the agreement before work begins.
Search engines determine rankings and visibility. Exclusivity does not guarantee placement, leads, sales, or protection from other marketing companies and competitors.
